This notice explains how the Mandaluyong PESO Digital Employment Platform, powered by eLGU JobLink, collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Consent

Jobseekers provide explicit consent at registration before any personal data is collected. The consent and its timestamp are recorded and may be withdrawn at any time.

Purpose & use

Data is used solely to deliver public employment services — profile verification, job matching, referrals, and placement — by authorized PESO officers and affiliated employers.

AI assistance

AI assists with matching and recommendations. Final decisions on endorsement, hiring, and approval remain with authorized PESO officers and employers.
